1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of services provided by Dubaidomain.ae ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing, accessing, or using any services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be legally bound by:

  • These Terms and Conditions
  • All General Terms
  • Privacy Policy
  • Service-specific agreements
  • Applicable UAE laws

2. Services Covered

This Agreement applies to:

  • Domain name registration and renewal
  • Domain transfers
  • Web hosting
  • Cloud servers
  • VPS and dedicated servers
  • Email hosting
  • DNS management
  • Monitoring services
  • Any related digital infrastructure services

3. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when:

  • You complete payment, OR
  • We activate services on your behalf

We reserve the right to reject any order.

4. Fees & Payments

4.1 Payment Terms
  • All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated.
  • VAT is applied in accordance with UAE tax law.
4.2 Late Payments

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Immediate suspension
  • Service termination
  • Domain expiration
  • Additional reactivation fees

We are not liable for domain loss due to non-payment.

5. Domain Registration Terms

5.1 No Ownership Guarantee

Domain registration:

  • Grants a license, not ownership
  • Is subject to registry policies
  • May be revoked by registry authority
5.2 Expiration & Renewal
  • It is the Customer's responsibility to renew domains.
  • Expired domains may enter redemption or deletion phase.
  • Recovery fees may apply.

We are not liable for expired domains not renewed on time.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is overdue
  • UAE laws are violated
  • Acceptable use policy is breached
  • Regulatory request is received
  • Security threat is detected

Termination does not relieve payment obligations.

7. Customer Warranties

You warrant that:

  • Information provided is accurate
  • Hosted content is lawful
  • You hold rights to hosted materials
  • Services will not be used for illegal purposes
  • You comply with UAE digital and cybersecurity laws

8. Intellectual Property

All infrastructure systems, branding, and proprietary tools remain the property of Dubaidomain.ae.

Customers retain ownership of their hosted content.

9. Data Protection

Data processing is governed by:

  • Registration & Use of Personal Data Policy
  • UAE PDPL
  • Child Digital Safety Law

We implement reasonable technical safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for lost profits
  • We are not liable for registry-level actions
  • Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months

Nothing limits liability where prohibited by law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Cyberattacks beyond reasonable control
  • Internet backbone failure
  • Regulatory changes

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dubaidomain.ae against claims arising from:

  • Hosted content
  • Regulatory violations
  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Security breaches caused by your actions

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by UAE law.

Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between parties regarding services provided.
